Overview The Zillow Salesforce team builds and maintains custom solutions across the organization's sales and customer service operations.
As a Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, and support tools within the Lightning development framework, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and integration with internal and third‐party systems.
Responsibilities Architect and develop complex technical solutions using Visualforce, Apex, and Java Script.
Build and maintain Lightning components and Lightning Web Components.
Provide technical support for integrations with Salesforce, internal systems, and third‐party platforms such as Jira and Service Now.
Collaborate with sales, software engineers, and data engineers throughout the development lifecycle to deliver new tools and features.
Review, refactor, and improve existing code to adhere to standard methodologies and best practices.
Work in an Agile (scrum) environment, mentoring junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement.
Qualifications 3+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
Hands‐on experience with Lightning implementations and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
In‐depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, integration patterns, and APIs.
Advanced Java Script skills, including frameworks such as React, Redux, or Angular,



and modern web component development.
Proficiency in an object‐oriented programming language (Java or Python).
Experience with SQL/No SQL databases (SQL Server, Postgre SQL, My SQL, or equivalents).
Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile environment and act as a mentor.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred ability to work remotely as a teleworker from any location in Mexico, with occasional travel to Mexico City for team events.
