Senior Financial Analyst – Large Format FP&A; Job Summary This role is responsible for leading and providing expertise to project teams, participating in cross‐functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment.
It collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decision‐making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively.
The role also represents the business unit and the organization as needed, builds productive relationships, and mentors lower‐level employees.
Responsibilities Lead and/or provide expertise to functional project teams and participate in cross‐functional initiatives.
Act as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
Collaborate with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision‐making within a broad scope.
Perform complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively.
Lead and drive business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub‐functions within finance.
Forecast financial results within a broad scope and identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development, actively engaging in their design and implementation.
Represent the business unit during cross‐regional or cross‐functional planning processes.
Represent the organization to external customers and clients.
Apply advanced subject‐matter knowledge, lead, and contribute to complex projects, and exercise independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
Develop and build productive internal/external working relationships and provide mentoring and guidance to lower‐level employees.
Education & Experience Four‐year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically 7‐10years of work experience, preferably in financial management,



internal audit, accounting, or a related field.

Compensation Baseline annual salary: 147,200 PLN to 223,100 PLN, plus annual cash incentive bonus and potential equity awards.
