- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Global Sustainability/ESG Customer Facing _Specialist _located in _Guadalajara, South Campus_._
- Reporting to the Head of Integral Sustainability and Flex Foundation, Global Sustainability/ESG Customer Facing Specialist role involves_ _supporting sustainability customer requirements and initiatives following the Company´s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) / Sustainability strategy. This position will perform analysis and report on the impact of Flex ESG programs and initiatives - communicating this to our customers._
What a typical day looks like:
- _
Reporting & Communication: fostering a culture of transparency. Provide regular reports on progress against annual goals and benchmarks._
- _
Prepare decks: Tell the ESG story through relevant data and good practices._
- _
Prepare dashboards with actionable data and insights to monitor progress against ESG objectives._
- _
Prepare greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory and other quantitative measures for customers._
- _
Engagement & Impact:



Increase engagement in/awareness of philanthropy & ESG programs._
- _
Support Helping Hands teams with best practice, resources, tools, and community connections._
- _
Facilitate (Americas) Flex Foundation review team activities, including annual grantmaking process, grantee communications, and partnerships with local Helping Hands._
- _
Create content for the company website, training, campaigns, etc._
- _
Monitor and report on the impact of grantmaking programs._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _
Experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR), ESG, sustainability systems consultancies or a related field_
- _
BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _
Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, economy, finance, or another related field required_
- _
Experience with Excel and SharePoint_
- _
Fluent English_
- _
Advanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and sharing abundant information with accuracy_
- _
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and interact with senior executives._
- _
A compelling storyteller, with excellent written and oral presentation skills._
- _
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of quality, speed, and flexibility to changing priorities._
- _
Passion for sustainability including ESG._
- _
SharePoint, Tableau, Alteryx or other data analytics software is also a plus_
