Ametek Reciente Laredo is in search for a Human Resources Professional to fill an important role within the organization. This position is a Shared Services resource that supports all Divisions & BU's located in the facility. The ideal candidate will be an HR Generalist with a strong focus in recruiting and labor relations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead/support recruitment efforts of direct, indirect and salaried positions.
- Support and follow up on labor relations actions and plans
- Coordinate employee services (i.e.: transportation and cafeteria).
- Support and maintain the HRIS Systems ensuring accuracy & Regulatory alignement.
- Support and help with Government Inspections and Compliance.
- Schedule flexibility to support different working shifts, including weekends or holidays, when needed.
- Support general HR activities as needed

Requirements:
- College &/or University degree.




- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position within a Manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual; Spanish and English will be highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
- Knowledge and experience in personnel management.
- Familiarized in supporting HR management in a Mexican Union manufacturing environment.
- Legal & compliance knowledge; IMSS, STPS, INM.
- Experience actively participating in quality systems from an HR (Training) perspective.
