External Manufacturing Site Leader (EMSL) Contract Manufacturing





The Contract Manufacturing Site Leader will lead the contract manufacturing operations with the responsibility of meeting all cost, quality, and delivery objectives. This role will be the primary contact, coordinator, and facilitator for key contract manufacturing suppliers’ performance. The EMSL will own and enable the communication and coordinate tasks between the Contract Manufacturers and the functions within the company to meet contract’s deliverables, provide services, and keep the relationship positive and on track. On any given day, this position will require coordination with Operations. Procurement, Finance and Legal from both Schneider Electric and Contract Manufacturers.
