- University degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Electronic, Automation Engineering, Quality Engineering or related.
- 5+ years’ experience related to low voltage electrical equipment (enclosed drives, enclosed soft starts, low voltage motor controls, Low Voltage DrawOut, Switchgears, etc.).
- Experience in People management.
- Experience in Project management.
- Experience in Productivity projects.
- Previous experience in quality or engineering related to non-conformance analysis and/or root cause analysis.
- Ability to read blueprints, mechanical diagrams, electric schematics and BOMs related to low voltage products.
- Knowledge in controls logic.
- Knowledge of codes and standards UL, NEC or similar.
- Advanced English.
- Flued Spanish.
- High Communication skills.
