We are hiring Fusion Growth Partners is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with strong English communication skills (written and spoken) to join our team as a Listing Marketing Specialist. This role directly supports our real estate agent partners by creating and executing professional listing marketing materials that keep their brand sharp and their listings visible.

This is a fully remote position; you will work from home.

What You'll Be Doing





As our Listing Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating polished, on-brand marketing materials for our real estate agent partners whenever they have active listings. This includes:
- Designing and producing Coming Soon, Just Listed, Just Sold, and Open House marketing pieces
- Creating social media graphics and content for listing announcements
- Producing digital flyers for individual properties
- Posting and scheduling marketing content across platforms
- Maintaining organized records and files for each listing campaign
- Communicating with internal team members to ensure materials are delivered on time and to standard

You will follow detailed, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures for every task. Training will be provided. What we need from you is precision, speed, and the ability to work independently once trained.
