**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive research strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research objectives and key performance indicators.
- Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative research using a variety of methods such as surveys, A/B testing, user interviews, and usability studies.
- Analyze and interpret data to extract meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Utilize and stay updated on various online testing tools to design experiments, collect data, and measure outcomes.
- Implement and manage online testing protocols, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of results.
- Be our liaison with 3rd party research companies.
- Effectively communicate research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that convey complex research insights in a clear and accessible manner.
- Collaborate with content leads, designers, digital business developers, and other stakeholders to integrate research findings into the product development lifecycle.




- Act as a research advocate, ensuring that user-centric insights are considered in decision-making processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging research methods, and technological advancements to enhance the research capabilities of the team.
- Propose and implement improvements to research processes and methodologies.
**Qualifications**:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Marketing) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in a lead research role, with a track record of successful projects and team leadership.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in
- Proficiency in using various online testing tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
