Role Summary: Activities contributing to the design and development advanced technology solutions and systems. Include activities linked to Test/Process Automation/AI... systems development/Upgrade/Maintenance. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.
**What you will do**:
- Responsible for execution of test/automation/mechanical system and solution design, qualification, and data acquisition for using in the design and validation of products and services.
- Responsible for design and construction of test/process automation/AI/mechanical facilities, instrumentation systems and development of test/process automation/AI-data science software.
- Develops new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations.
- Works together with business partner, specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes.
- Works on cross functional teams.
- Leads test data analytical and brilliant factory activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
- Leads to define DFT and wing to wing test/process automation/data collection-analysis-decision makeing strategy for production testing process.
**What you need to have**:
- B.S. Degree in an Engineering, specifically, mechanical engineering and electromechanics related degree and 5 years of industrial experience in mass production test/automation equipment design as well as hardware design development.




- Demonstrated experience with tester/automation development and equipment specification setting.
- Demonstrated depth of **LabVIEW or C++ or Python **programming skill
- Project leadership
- Fluent English level

- MS in technical concentration/field
- Demonstrated electro-mechanical design skills.
- Experienced in robotic system designing.
- Experienced in data-based process optimization.
- Experienced in development with Unix/Linux system.
- Experienced in development with data science, image processing, machine learning
- Experienced in development with NI PXI test platform.
- Experienced in development with Ethernet, CAN bus, Modbus,DDS protocol Demonstrated basic Electronic, DFT and Automation solution design skills Strong depth of knowledge in six sigma techniques for capability analysis, trending/control and MSA/GRR.
- Combined product and process knowledge for healthcare product Demonstrated program or project management skills.
- Experienced working with global teams
- Demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experienced developing tools and templates, and writing standards Experienced developing new work practices and driving change and influencing behavior of large teams.
- Demonstrated program management skillsets.
- Highly self-motivated and willing to travel for both domestics and international.
