**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create and modify customer scope of work proposals.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with partners, contractors, and coworkers to improve response time on proposal and resource requests.
- Manage, track,



and follow up on presales requests including scheduling engineers and facilitate the creation of scopes of work.
- Follow up with partners, contractors and sales reps on open requests and updates on status.
- Generate reports regarding the status of the department.
- Make arrangements for meetings.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Advanced English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Sales or Administrative department, preferably with IT or Services companies.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
**SCHEDULE**
- Monday to Friday (8:00 to 17:00 or 9:00 to 18:00 PST).
