**Responsibilities**
- **Outbound prospecting, 100+ calls per day**:
- **Respond and convert inbound leads to appointments**:
- **Overcome objections on the phone**:
- **Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects**:
- **Must use the CRM Daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed**:
- **Must be comfortable at being on the phone and build rapport with people.**:
- **Must be coachable and willing to get better at sales and attend online company trainings**
**Qualifications**:
- **Fluent in English**:
- **Quick on your feet**:
- **Professional in attitude and appearance**:
- **Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities**:
- **Enthusiastic with excellent people skills**:
- **Independent and self-motivated**:
- **Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)**:
- **Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone**:
- **Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies**:
- **Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line**
**This is a salary + commission position**

- $300 weekly, plus bonuses**
