**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- You will have to supervise the current family based immigration process (K1, Adjustment of Status, spousal and dependent child sponsorship) in the company.
- You will have to stay current with the USCIS immigration rules, regulations, and forms.
- You will have to work in collaboration with staff located in different locations, manage different time zones, participate in online meetings, and document your work daily.
- You will have to present solutions to complex immigration problems including preparing responses to Request for Evidence (RFE), Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR), etc.
- You will have to maintain organized case files, and respond to client requests timely.
- You will also have to train current paralegal staff working remotely with precise verbal and written communication skills.
**Qualifications**:
- JD/LLB equivalent degree from Mexico/other jurisdiction.
- Valid bar license in good standing in Mexico.
- Strong English speaking and writing skills.
- Extremely organized and have attention to detail.




- Ease with using technology such as Google sheets, Google docs, Google meet, etc.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other members on the team.
- 3-4 years of experience in US immigration work.
**Skills**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to draft legal documents effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team of attorneys and support staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in litigating immigration cases is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $83.55 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
