**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
The Business Analyst will operate to produce simpler, faster, and more insightful solutions for Product Supply, Supply Chain Field Service Leaders, Region Business teams, and key decision makers in the organization.
**Your Impact**:
As a Data Analyst your functions would consist of
- Maintain current Region Product Supply owned reports including: inventory reporting, sales history, raw material outlook, event readiness, Regional Warehouse/Snacks2U system parameters and error tracking.
- Maintain reporting files and system master data to support Regional Warehouses and Snacks2U locations
- Complete daily and weekly scheduled reporting tasks on time,



resolve any discrepancies, escalate to other team members and/or communicate with business teams as necessary
- Help improve the reliability of the key reports, tools, dashboards, ETL processes, and apps.
- Receive technical support and enhancement requests from internal Business teams or Users, seek clarification as necessary, research root cause/create a plan, complete request, and communicate status back to requestors.
- Keep solution documentation up to date (common issues, how-to instructions, and enhancement detail)
- Inform team members when specific reports, tools, dashboards, ETL processes, or apps are becoming less stable, and when possible identify the source of the instability, help brainstorm improvements, and track progress of action plans targeted to improve their performance.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/operations, Engineering or similar field preferred
**Experience**
- ** Fluent in English**:
- ** Power BI, Power App, SQL or Tableau experience is a plus**:
- ** Python** experience required
- Supply Chain experience preferred
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively




- Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with internal and external customers
- Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
