_**Job Summary**_

- **Responsibilities**:_
- Support sales team in technical commercial proposal part.
- Fully understand test requirement/Automation SPEC from customer, work together with internal to prepare proposal.
- Provide technical direction and influence process, policy, and technical implementations.
- Costs preparing/checking job after proposal agreed by customer.
- Develop strategic roadmaps and implementation plans to drive execution excellence across multiple organizations. Represent program from a technical, business, and program perspective to executive leadership.

- 提供技术指导，影响流程、政策和技术实施。

- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor's degree or above majors in electronic information engineering, automation, or related.
- 5 years of experience in managing technical projects in the software engineering domain.




- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Residence in Mexico is a plus.
- Fluent spoken and written in Spanish is a must.

- Passion for process improvement, Non-standard item and increasing efficiency of execution over time.

Pay: $79,600.00 - $1,250,000.00 per month
