**What will you do?**
- Provide next-tier support for IT support teams to resolve tickets within target SLAs.
- Assist with remediating vulnerabilities in the environment.
- Create and maintain support documentation.
- Provide data as needed for metrics and KPIs.
- Build relationships with IT teams and keep them abreast of engineering initiatives.
