**Responsibilities**
- Place PO’s according to production demand
- Maintain records of PO’s sent to vendors
- Inventory management
- Cost analysis & Cost savings
- Pickups appointments with vendors
- Collaborates with peers in the payables department
- Following to PO’s with vendor
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree in business, Engineering or a related field preferred or more than 3 years of
- experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in materials management preferred
- Knowledge in MRP systems
- Knowledge of forecasting, MRP, transportation, supply chain and warehousing disciplines
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good interpersonal skills for working with various departments as well as vendor representatives.
- Excellent Planning and Organizational skills.




- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Time management
- English level Business Proficiency (80%)
- Advanced Excel, and software associated with Outlook, Microsoft Word.
- Visa Laser
- Willing and Ability to travel to US
