TPM responsible for the Atlassian Data Migration workstream.
** We need people that have worked on the presente migration of Atlassian from data center to cloud**
*Roles and Responsibilities:
General: Oversees the planning, alignment, execution, reporting, and delivery of the Atlassian Data Migration and User Experience Workstreams.
- Facilitate alignment of all Atlassian workstreams and project leads
- Develop/improve upon existing process & ways of working
- Collect, manage, and report out key tasks/next steps that come from stakeholder meetings
- Create and manage roadmaps for key milestones and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle (alignment through launch)
- Create and manage communication plans to ensure stakeholder visibility throughout the duration of the project (alignment through launch)
- Escalate and manage risks, ensuring the team is aware of mitigation and support needed to remediate




- Provide weekly reports on workstream and migration progress
- Provide additional reporting for incoming questions, reported bugs, and test case progress (this could include additional project metrics upon request)
- Support communication plans to ensure stakeholder visibility throughout the duration of the project (alignment through launch)
- Set up and maintain office hours with stakeholders to provide/set up hyper care support
