**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Application of Various Payment Methods (Checks, Credit Card, Wire, ACH) Against Open Transactions
- identify Credit Card and Check by Phone Fees and perform write-offs
- Issue chargebacks with appropriate reason codes
- Requesting Assistance with Team Leader and Manager when doubts arise
- Downloading payment backup from Customer’s Portals
**EXPERIENCE**:
- 1 Year + Job Experience with Cash Applications
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 1 Year+ Cash Application Job Experience
- Write Fluently In English
- Ability to come to the 5 days a week
- Work Independently and follow instructions
**COMPUTER SKILLS**:
- Intermediate Excel
- Experience with ERP Systems
