Project overview: The project's aim is to create a Data Governance Platform to operate with all the investment and product data within the asset manager.
Position overview: We expect that Business Analyst to become the valuable player in the team to work closely with the client's representatives on the business functionality brainstorming and documentation.
- Responsibilities: Organize effective collaboration with business owners and the project team
- Analyze existing business processes and determine business and operational objectives
- Analyze, document, and manage requirements through the full project lifecycle
- Analyze data sources for the data mastering glossary creation
- Write user stories and user acceptance specifications
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst
- Financial services industry experience, knowledge of terms,



key standards, and an understanding of investment domain
- Understanding of business processes
- Experience in querying and analyzing data in relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to translate business needs into software and operational requirements, document and analyze requirements and propose possible solutions
- Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in facilitating effective interaction between the project team and the customer
- Participation in planning, resolving disputes, and risk evaluation
- Verifying implemented products in accordance with the requirements
