**Responsibilities include**:
- Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and issues to verify that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Document activity and coordinate via Project Management systems.
- Support and contribute on various project activities, including SCRUM meetings, project plan updates, internal communication, tracking progress of tasks, and follow-up.
- Participate in client presentations and functionality demonstrations.
**Preferred Experience**
- At least 2 years IT/OT systems management experience and knowledge in: server hardware; network infrastructure; firewall configuration; cybersecurity; and data storage
- Experience with Data Acquisition System (DAS) or SCADA software platforms.
- Ability to read electrical, network, infrastructure, and cabling drawings.
- Scripting and task automation
- Understanding of SaaS cloud-delivered software, data integration and remote collaboration
- Excels at coordinating efforts via Trello and Jira
- Prior experience with visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Redash) is a plus.
- Experience working cross-functionally in both technical and non-technical team settings.
**Required Qualification & Education**
- Minimum 2 years of related professional experience
- Direct or indirect end-user service experience and/or experience providing remote support.
- Proven capability to work on a remote team.

- Strong problem-solving skills including a solid understanding of mathematical concepts such as probability, statistics, and basic linear algebra.
