Responsibilities
- Responsible for the risk management of 1~2 business segments of Cainiao international logistics business, and responsible for the risk results.
- Risk Audit: According to the needs of BU operation and management, regularly carry out internal risk audit and new business risk review, identify and excavate business risks, including but not limited to data analysis, process review, special audit, etc., and provide timely feedback to the management and business departments, put forward optimization proposals or programs and promote the landing.
- Risk Response: have the emergency response capability of unexpected events, while promoting the related risk Case improvement work according to the risk situation, and actively cooperate with the person responsible for the improvement to ensure that the relevant issues involved in the discovery are timely and effective improvement.
- system construction: according to the overall risk strategy of BU, the establishment of key business areas of risk identification, analysis, assessment, monitoring and prevention and control mechanisms, and according to the presente development stage of the business, optimize the iteration of risk control standards
**Requirements**:
- international business risk control, internal control or internal audit experience is preferred.
- Familiar with the cross-border logistics industry is preferred, and experience in handling emergencies in the logistics industry (supervision, personnel safety, etc.) is preferred.
- Skilled use of English or Spanish ability to conduct daily business communication
- have the ability to analyze data,



strong coordination and communication skills, can effectively promote the project parties to complete the target
**主要职责**
1、负责菜鸟国际物流业务1～2个业务板块的风险管理工作，为风险结果负责
2、风险稽核：根据BU经营管理需要，定期开展内部风险稽核和新业务风险评审，识别挖掘业务风险，包括但不限于数据分析、流程审阅、专项稽查等，及时向管理层和业务部门反馈，提出优化建议或方案并推动落地；
3、风险应对：有突发事件的应急响应能力，同时根据风险情况推进相关风险Case改进工作，与改进责任人积极配合，确保发现中涉及的相关问题得到及时有效的改进
4、体系建设：根据BU整体风险策略，建立关键业务领域的风险识别、分析、评估、监督及防控的机制，并根据业务实际发展阶段，优化迭代风险管控标准
**任职要求**
1、有国际业务风控、内控或内审经验优先
2、熟悉跨境物流行业有限优先，有物流行业突发事件（监管、人员安全等）处理经验优先
3、熟练使用英语或者西班牙语能力进行日常业务沟通
4、具备数据分析能力，协调沟通能力强，能有效推动项目各方完成目标
Pay: $31,900.00 - $79,700.00 per month
