- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to achieve project goals.
- ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles
- Impressive problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication abilities, Outstanding analytical skills
- English Proficiency
- Must be able to:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to verify software functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers, software developers,



and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software quality assurance and testing.
Additional
- Participated in projects where Agile Methodologies were used (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP)
- Test on Cloud environments (Azure is a +)
