As a Marketing Specialist you are responsible for providing administrative and strategic direction in the assigned business units for Mexico Cluster, ensuring an effective and timely execution of the activities and accurate information for marketing plans, promotional campaigns, life cycle management, launches, key projects.



Collaborates with commercial and support areas to guarantee strategy deployment and execution.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Develop and implement promotional marketing programs across product lines.
- Provide marketing input into Business Development initiatives throughout evaluation.
- Implements incentive programs in coordination with Sales Manager for the sales force designed to assure overall sales, key product sales and business pretax.
- Partnering closely with supply chain and manufacturing department, to analyze products and give recommendations of the product.
- Promoting the Baxter Culture through positive ongoing relationships and activities.
**What you'll bring**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related areas with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills, specifically with Excel or similar programs.
- Experience building relations with supply chain and manufacturing areas.
- You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, strong presentation skills
