**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate detailed work instructions (WI's) to guide production processes.
- Design efficient and effective manufacturing cells to improve workflow and productivity.
- Provide production support and train direct labor personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and design line tooling, fixtures, and gauges to enhance production capabilities.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodologies to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Utilize Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain intermediate-level SolidWorks designs for various projects.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience generating work instructions (WI's) for manufacturing processes.
- Strong background in manufacturing cell design and production support.
- Expertise in developing line tooling, fixtures, and gauge designs.
- Experience in process optimization and statistical process control (SPC).
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in SolidWorks.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
