- Responsible for Final Assembly Production Lines
- Responsible for the purchase and administration of all the "production Supplies" for the final assembly lines.
- Responsible for assisting in the creation of manufacturing objectives
- Ensure KPIs are met by working to the plan
- Ensure intime and complete shipping orders
- Effectively and efficiently manage the production of the required daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Take decisions that contribute satisfactorily to our Quality Policy, these decisions or actions must promote a culture of continuity in the organization, must focus on exceeding customer expectations, in addition to providing products and services of excellent quality.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills ensuring the safety and integrity of all employees
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree as an industrial Engineer, Manufacturing or Production
- 5 years as a Manufacturing Manager




- English Advanced
- Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
- Change agent
- Strategic planning
- Experience in risk analysis
- Project manager training
- Experience in cost reduction projects
- Demonstrable experience in OPEX
