**Job Summary**:
**Job functions Include but are not limited to**:
- Guides development teams towards best practices in the design and development of enterprise solutions.
- Seeks innovative solutions to problems through evaluation and proof of concepts with new and existing technology capabilities to determine compatibility with current and future architectural standards and business requirements.
- The analysts investigate alerts and security incidents and determine their severity and impact.
- Also work to contain threats and restore normal operations.
- SOC analysts collaborate and work with other teams within the Information Security group, IS/IT Operations and the business monitoring this systems alerts, threat hunting, cybersecurity duties.
- Support to build out any new type of cybersecurity designs or implementations that the team may require.
**Minimum Qualifications**:




- At least 5-7+ years' experience in cybersecurity monitoring and response or related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- Ability to articulate and document high-level and detailed architectures, system designs and other architectural artefacts using tools.
- Highly technical and analytical expertise, with a proven deep background in technology design, implementation, and delivery.
- Experience driving measurable improvement in monitoring and response capabilities at scale.
- Experience administering SIEM systems, threat intelligence platforms, threat intelligence, security automation and orchestration solutions, IDS/IPS, file integrity monitoring (FIM), data loss prevention (DLP) and other network and system monitoring tools.
- Track record of acting with integrity, taking pride in work, seeking to excel, being curious and adaptable, and communicating effectively.
