**MISSION**:
Managing fragrance projects (pro-active and reactive) by development of fragrances to answer client's briefs.
Defining and Implementing strategy and actions together with Sales and Marketing.
Coordination of pro-active fragrance development, in order to maintain and modernize the fragrance library with the support of the others FDMs and perfumers.
**MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS**:
- Fragrance development evaluation and collection build up in partnership with FDM team
- Partner of perfumer, guiding them in their developments.
- Recommends submission adapted to brief parameters.
- Constantly develops knowledge of market products in FF, home care & personal care categories and shares with FDM´s and Perfumers
- Detects olfactive trends and needs for the category, working with marketing team, and turns them into concrete fragrance solutions.
- Project management
- Fragrance Presentations to clients together with Sales
- Leads pro-active initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders - Sales, Marketing, Creation & Development, Innovation & Technology,



Regulatory departments to achieve best in class and timely results.
- Be aware of the latest fragrance industry developments and its implications to our business.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Educational Background required: Chemistry background is desirable. Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
- Studies related to Chemistry or other fields,
- Experience in other areas will also be taken into consideration
- Good level in English and Spanish
