**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of robust experience with hands-on development & design experience
- Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow development experience, designing and building new custom integrations and possess a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience of delivering automated solutions in ServiceNow with a self-service approach
- ServiceNow qualification is a must, as well as a willingness to continue with pursuing further ServiceNow training and qualifications.
- Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management. ITIL certification is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience of using RESTful APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other platforms.
- Provide leadership and have influence over the design, implementation and support of all the POCs built for the business




- Willingness to learn and master unfamiliar technologies and/or concepts
- Excellent verbal and written technical documentation skills
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the design, development, configuration and customization of ServiceNow forms and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze requirements and develop solutions within ServiceNow with an automation first approach that can integrate with other platforms.
- Proactively identify opportunities for integrations and automation with the ServiceNow platform and lead the development
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to develop dashboards, custom pages and reports as required
- Provide a detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks of a solution’s feasibility and functionality.
- Owning the deliverables from discovery to deployment with appropriate documentation.
- Provide support of ServiceNow instances.
- Create and execute unit, integration, and functional tests. Support user acceptance testing to ensure the solution is of the utmost quality and meets business requirements.
- Stay abreast of new and evolving technologies,ServiceNow enhancements, features and best practices.
