**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Labor Cost and HC Analysis**:
- Analyze and manage labor costs, including wages, benefits, and overtime for LATAM Sales Finance Entities.
- Anticipate and plan long-term human resource needs and trends.
- Implement and monitor labor costing methods to ensure accurate cost allocation.
- Calculate labor costs and forecasts, while monitoring and controlling headcount and the organizational structure.
- ** Budgeting and Forecasting**:
- Ensure timely delivery of labor budgets, forecast labor costs and headcount, and analyze key variances vs. presente results.
- Monitor the budget evolution of assumptions.
- Responsible for forecasts throughout the year and simulations of proposals and studies for collective agreements.
- **
Other Responsibilities**:
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), finance controllers, and compensation & benefits (C&B;) to define workforce plans based on gap analysis, business planning, and forecasting for LATAM Sales Finance Entities.
- Provide to LATAM Sales Finance Entities position management support.
- Participate in monthly labor cost and headcount closures, variance analysis (vs. budget and forecasts), and reporting for LATAM Sales Finance Entities.
- Ensure adaptive planning implementation for LATAM Sales Finance Entities.
- Provide input to the Labor Cost Calculator for LATAM Sales Finance Entities.




- Participate in touchpoints with groups such as people analytics, regional strategic workforce planning (SWP), organizational design, and finance controllers.
- Support and create scenarios for organizational change initiatives, assessing their impact on LATAM Sales Finance Entities.
- Participate in finance touchpoints as requested for LATAM Sales Finance Entities
- Follow up on Tableau dashboards to ensure data accuracy.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- ** Education**:Business administration, Finance or Industrial Engineer desired.
- ** Years of experience**:1 to 3 years desired (trainee experiencer counts for this role).
- ** Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze labor cost data and detail oriented.
- ** Financial Acumen**: Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to labor costs.
- ** Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- ** Software Skills**: Advanced in Microsoft Office, SAP, Tableau, and WD.
- ** Location**: On-site, Mex.
