**This position reports to**:
HR Operations Specialist
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work model for the role is: on site This role is contributing to the electrification division in Mexico. You will be mainly accountable for: Develop training materials, perform training administrative tasks.



Follow up compliance according to training plans. Participate in DNC process (Training Needs Detection). Ensure training process for blue-collar employees. Our team You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing, human sense team, where you will be able to thrive.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Students from last three semesters from careers like industrial engineering, industrial design or laboral psychology with availability (Monday - Friday 7 am o 4:36 pm).
- Intermediate - advanced English.
- Microsoft office.
- Problem solving, creativity, proactive, leadership, effective communication, team working, organization and planning and high sense of responsibility.
- Training methodologies.
