**General description of the Job**
Standardize the material flow process since the receipt of goods util the shipment to finished goods to optimize the resources of the department, ensuring the supply of the raw material, purchased and WIP components to the production lines are on time to delivery to the customer.
**Responsibilities**
- Implement the Warehouse Management System, either external WMS or though QAD and ensure the correct use on the plants.
- Standardize the visual management in all the areas assigned to materials in the plants of the region.
- Stablish raw material supply systems to the production lines according with the needing of each plant.
- Ensure the correct connectivity between the systems affecting the MRP (QAD)
- Pursue the continuous improvement in the internal logistics around the plants of the region
- Analyze the space availability in plants and create the strategy to optimize it in all the plants
- Ensure the compliance of BASIAC´s and follow up on the open items of the audits util resolutions are implemented.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree: Materials Engineer, International Relations or similar.
- Planning/ Organizing, Analytic and Problem-Solving skills.
- +10 years of experience on automotive industry/ material handling.
- Fluent English, required.
- Availability to travel within MX and US. Valid Passport and Visa.
