**Key Requirements**:
- Strong experience in AMS services management with a focus on SLA/KPI compliance.
- Extensive knowledge to propose and offer AMS technical solutions, understanding and defining client needs.
- Proven expertise in account development strategy and consultative selling to strengthen client relationships.
- Proficiency with service management tools: ITIL, ticketing systems, and reporting.
- Proven ability to resolve critical issues, optimize processes, and lead multidisciplinary teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute an account growth strategy, identifying opportunities for service expansion.
- Propose tailored AMS solutions aligned with client technical and operational needs.
- Oversee and coordinate the daily AMS operations,



ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
- Lead the AMS team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients, managing technical, operational, and strategic expectations.
- Conduct consultative selling by understanding client goals and offering solutions that drive business value.
- Create and deliver performance and service reports, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Optimize AMS processes by implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.
**Success Indicators**:
- Compliance with SLAs and agreed KPIs.
- Customer satisfaction (surveys and NPS).
- Account growth and service expansion through consultative approaches.
- Operational efficiency: timely incident resolution and optimized processes.
- Development and retention of the AMS team.
