Key Responsibilities:
- Operationalizes people and culture plans that support the delivery of the People & Culture strategy & KPI’s compliance in alignment with our business plan and departmental business needs. Models the HPS Brand and Culture across HPS.
- Talent Acquisition. Identify, attract, select, and retain highly qualified people.
- Performance Management. Coordinates and ensure timely competition of the annual performance evaluation & merit process.
- Succession planning & development plans identifying future staffing needs and the required skills and to perform in these future roles.
- Implements change management plans and initiatives to communicate and facilitate change.
- Employee Engagement and Communication: Work across the organization to maximize employee engagement. Coordinate GPTW surveys administration and support Engagement action plans. Proactively develop a communication plan to our employees in the manufacturing site
- Lead site Labour Relations. (CBA review, Labor Contingencies, Union Committees).
- Supervise EHS Coordinator providing support to create a Safety Culture and comply with HPS and Government laws.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor´s degree (Master's degree desired)
- + 6 years of experience leading HR departments.
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery and successful execution of best in class and innovative HR practices in execution of an overall Talent Management Strategy
- HR Manager experience with exposure to all HR functions with a particular focus on labour relations.
- Fluent Spanish/English verbal and written.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Able to support and lead transformation change within the business through coaching using change management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to manage difficult and sensitive investigations and legal complexities regarding employee relations matters successfully.
- Builds and maintains strong partnerships with internal partners and union representatives.
- Demonstrated experience in leading an HR team building strong and cohesive team dynamics.
- Devoted to personal development, plans for future talent and commits to developing future leaders.
