We are seeking a skilled System Analyst with technical knowledge to join our team and collaborate closely with clients in the financial industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Implementing data mapping between SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 message structures.
- Working with technical teams to facilitate the transformation of message content, ensuring that all key fields (such as account details, transaction amounts, etc.) are properly mapped.
- Developing transformation rules for scenarios like field truncation, format changes, and reconciliation between old and new messaging formats.
- Working with IEU middleware or integration tools to automate message translation between formats.
**Technical skills**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, management, or a related field.




- Upper-Intermediate English level.
- Proven work experience as a system analyst (especially with the definition of data structure and data mappings).
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile approach to software development including different frameworks (at least Scrum).
- Understanding of the fundamentals of programming, experience in any modern programming language.
- Practical experience with XML and XSD.
- Experience with GIT, XMLSpy, Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
**Nice to have**:
- SWIFT/ISO experience
- ETL processes
- Experience with Java
- Experience working with the Transformer product (trace financial)
- Familiarity with the SWIFT network
