As HR Intern for the Integral HR team at Ruhrpumpen, you will be able to learn about different HR functions such as Internal Communications, Compensation, Organization Design, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development, meanwhile supporting the business by attracting development and maintaining the best talent around the world to achieve the business objectives.

Willing to work on-site in our San Pedro’s offices (Torres Martel)
Availability of at least 30-40 hours a week.
Interest in HR function
Fluent English
Graduation date May 2023 or further.
Currently studying Bachelor’s in Business Administration, HR, Psychology or Communications, or equivalent.




Assist all HR areas on follow-up of purchase orders, payments, reimbursements
Support on search suppliers for HR Events (courses, team buildings, integration sessions, etc)
Assist all HR Global areas in internal announcements, engagement activities, event organization, etc
Assist DO and Talent Acquisition in the onboarding process. (Register in RP Central, employee files, etc)
Assist DO in the Job Descriptions standardization and upload on SAP
