We’re hiring an experienced bookkeeper to manage financial operations, reporting, and KPI tracking for both businesses, supporting financial clarity and growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks records across both companies.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation for accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage vendor invoices, client billing, and payments.
- Track inventory costs and collaborate with operations on cost allocation.
- Develop and maintain KPI tracking for financial performance insights.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including cash flow analysis and budget forecasts.
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule.




- Assist in creating and adjusting budgets based on company goals and financial health.
- Conduct cash flow analysis to support strategic planning and spending.
- Develop financial forecasts that align with both businesses’ operational needs. Skills: -Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of job costing and cost tracking for specific projects.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive approach to tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Advanced English (required)
Technology:
- QuickBooks Online, ERP (SAP), Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Physical Setting: Remote
Schedule: 9 am - 6 pm EST (1 hour lunch break)
Pay: $20,050.00 - $28,071.00 per month
