**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough market research on the second-hand car industry in the designated area (leasing companies, self-financing)
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and evaluate potential risks in the used car market.
- Search and evaluate potential external vendors, partners, and service providers to meet the company's operational needs.
- Build and maintain a network of reliable outsourcing resources for asset disposal and recovery.
- Negotiate terms with external partners to ensure cost-effective and efficient collaboration.
- Assist in early-stage customer collection efforts by establishing communication with overdue clients.
- Document collection actions and provide regular updates to the internal collections team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential solutions for outstanding accounts, including payment plans or vehicle repossession.
**Qualifications**:
Education:



Associate’s degree or higher in business, logistics, operations management, or a related field preferred.
**Experience**:
1-3 years of experience in market research, vendor management, or logistics operations, ideally in the automotive or financial sector.
Previous experience in early-stage collections or working with third-party vendors is a plus.
**Skills**:
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to assess market conditions and vendor performance.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Fluent in English proficiency is a plus
**Working Conditions**:
Ability to travel within the assigned region for market research and vendor meetings.
Fieldwork environment with occasional office-based tasks.
