Tequila company is looking for a talented Procurement and Inventory Specialist
**Responsabilities**:
- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers for agave, bottles, corks, labels, packaging, and other materials
- Negotiate contracts to secure cost-effective deals
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with production schedules and budgets
- Monitor market trends and pricing
- Ensure compliance with CRT (Consejo Regulador del Tequila) regulations and international trade requirements
- Analyze and manage procurement budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
- Conduct regular inventory audits
- Oversee the organization and storage of inventory
- Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule the delivery of materials and shipments of finished goods
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments
**Qualifications**:




- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in procurement and inventory management, in the beverage or spirits industry
- Familiarity with tequila production processes, CRT regulations, and export/import requirements
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems
- Fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory
**Condicions**:
- Work schedule Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30 pm
- Work area - Chapultepec Guadalajara
- Salary between $35,000 to $40,000
