**Key Responsibilities**:
Solution Development:
- Design, develop, and implement advanced solutions within our platform.
- Develop and maintain flows, business rules, and UI policies to optimize user experience.
**Technical Expertise**:
- Write and debug complex scripts to support advanced automation needs.
- Integrate with external systems using APIs and transform maps.
**Teamwork**:
- Work closely with teams, business analysts, and technical leads to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on standard methodologies.
**Platform Optimization**:
- Perform system upgrades, health checks, and performance tuning.
- Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure mínimal disruption to operations.
- Recommend improvements to improve system functionality and user experience.
**Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure solutions align with industry standards and organizational policies.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in development.
- Advanced expertise in relevant modules and technologies.
- Proficient in programming and integration techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
