**What are we looking for?**
- **At least 2 years of recent experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume restaurant setting (restaurant establishments only) or fast food setting (Essential).**
**Please note: Experience in hotel restaurants, other non-restaurant establishments, or kitchen/chef roles is not required.**

**JOB PURPOSE**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develops Assistant and Trainee managers for self-sufficiency in driving high sales and profits.
- Leads international market entry strategies and execution plans as needed.
- Addresses requests from various head office departments.
- Delivers presentations to key stakeholders upon request.
- Manages recruitment, selection, training, and HR plans.
- Provides international market analysis and feasibility reports when required.
- Engages in community initiatives to foster business and goodwill.
- Handles employee relations and significant customer complaints directly.
- Prepares detailed business plans for international market entry when needed.
- Plans and prioritizes effectively.

- Conducts timely in-house appraisals leading to personnel development plans.
- Maintains professionalism, especially in public settings.
- Refers media inquiries to the Area Manager/Marketing Director.
