As a Specialist in Demand Generation, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products.



Your keen understanding of our deep portfolio of products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. Our customers trust you and appreciate your knowledge and curiosity when finding solutions to meet their needs. You enjoy being on location, building relationships, and establishing trust with the doctors and nurses who use Baxter solutions every day.
As our primary connection to the healthcare professionals who rely on our products to save and sustain lives, you are the face and voice of our solutions. You enjoy seeing the connections between teams and how they work together to drive business results. The insights and feedback you share with your team and to cross-functional partners help validate and inform priorities and changes.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Achieve the quotas and KPIs established by each business.
- Implement demand generation activities with approved promotional materials, targeting key customers according to each business unit's strategy.
- Report weekly, monthly and quarterly demand generation efforts and achievements directly to marketing and sales management team
- Participate in internal and/or external conferences and trainings for the relationship and expansion of educational opportunities.




- Integrate Baxter's sales techniques and value proposition into each intervention to meet customer needs and achieve greater commercial efficiency.
- Effective management of the accounts assigned in accordance with the marketing strategy: target, segmentation, frequency and coverage of visits, delivery of the right message.
- Build sales engagement (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) and find opportunity funnels in conjunction with the KAE
- Ensure the accurate use of products and equipment, improving the encouraged productivity per business, and propose improvement plans according to the found opportunities, establishing activities, managers, times and evaluation.
- Collaborative work with the KAE's to ensure that demand actions generate sales
- Formalize a field work plan between KAE and therapy specialist.
**What you'll bring**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or similar
- 2+ years of experience in B2B hospital sales, account management and training with Nurses, OR teams, Biomedical engineers, Procurement, Contract Managers, and other customers
- Product expert for anesthesia or similar healthcare products,
- Strong Field work experience generating demand within both private and government hospitals
