We are seeking a skilled **Associate Delivery Manager** to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of Salesforce development projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the planning and execution of Salesforce projects
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Provide updates to Delivery Central on project statuses
- Coordinate and optimize resource deployment and utilization
- Foster a collaborative environment within the project team
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
- Track project performance and report on progress to stakeholders
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience
- At least 2 years in roles involving senior leadership or project ownership
- Proficiency in Delivery Management
- Expertise in Salesforce project execution
- Capability to prepare resource plans
- Background in delivering technology projects effectively
- Skills in managing project risks
- English proficiency at a B2+ level or higher
- Prior success in maintaining project timelines and quality standards under pressure
