**Key Responsibilities**:
- Source potential sales leads through various channels, including Google, social media, etc.
- Respond to customer inquiries and present prospects to the team for deal closing.
- Provide support for other sales activities as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Recently graduated or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is a plus).
- Passion for research and innovative thinking.
- Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, ideally between 9 AM and 5 PM PST.
