the **Responsibilities**
- Maintain investor and purchase advice files and records (physical or electronic);
- Correspond with investors and vendors and respond to inquiries;
- Data entry of information into loan operating or accounting software;
- Provide support for accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger as needed;
- Respond to Closing or Post Closing E-mail inquiries in reference to purchase advice;
- Provide documentation and support to Warehouse Banks daily;
- Communicate with Hedge Banks for daily secondary trades, verify the accuracy, and notify the manager of any discrepancy.
- Coordinate with accounts receivable staff for warehouse concerns for expected wires on loan purchases.
- Assist with scanning of department documentation during peak times.
- Maintain schedules as required by the accounting department.
**Supervisory Responsibilities**
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
**Qualifications**
- Two years prior Administrative or General Accounting experience
- Experience in the mortgage industry preferred but not necessary
- Ability to deliver effective results
- Sound judgment and decision making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Excellent service and communication skills
- Ability to perform duties with accuracy.
- B2 English Level
- Knowledge of Administrative and bookkeeping function
- Knowledge of computer-based programs (Excel, Word)
- Proficient in accounting data entry and management
