Act as Scrum Master for Unqork development teams, driving Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
- Foster collaboration between business stakeholders, developers, architects, and product owners.
- Ensure teams remain focused, productive, and aligned with sprint goals.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the backlog based on business needs.
- Remove impediments that hinder the progress of Unqork developers.
- Ensure transparency of sprint progress through JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other Agile tools.
- Must speak Spanish langauge
