Product Quality Engineer
3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
Objective: Ensure compliance with customer requirements by ensuring that all processes are carried out in accordance with the procedures and instructions of the Quality Management System.
Required
- fluent English
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Product Quality Area
- Knowledge of Steel
- Knowledge of Steel
- Stamping/Slitting
- Main tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, PPAP, APQP, etc.)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
Main functions
- Ensure compliance with customer standards to provide a quality product.
- Quality indicators within the objective.
- Coordinate compliance with the defined plans through corrective actions to avoid recurrences.
- Compliance with corrective action indicator at 100% in relation to complaints received
- Review new projects and launches of part numbers, processes, services for the definition of operation requirements and their implementation.
- % acceptance of projects to the commercial area




- Coordinate the activities related to the work team to achieve results.
- Compliance with product quality indicators within the goal.
- Analyze the results of the process authorities for the establishment of corrective, preventive and containment actions.
- Compliance with the operations - Security scorecard
- Manage external suppliers to ensure timely and appropriate compliance to customers
- Compliance scorecard for operations and customer service.
