**Job Summary**:
The Early Collection Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the early-stage collections process to minimize delinquency rates and ensure timely payments from customers. This role involves developing strategies, leading a team, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations while achieving performance targets.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in collections or a similar role, preferably in the financial sector.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.




- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with collections software and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
