The case production department manages client case processing with an ongoing legal process with the firm, from the initial interview and document reception until the case is closed.
The Client Care Agent serves as the main point of contact for clients and manages the customer relationships from case initiation to resolution. Works closely with the team to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Main responsibilities
- Set and manage realistic client expectations, providing clear and empathetic guidance throughout their case.
- Address and resolve any client issues promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining the firm's reputation for exceptional customer service.
- Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.

- **Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.**:
- Availability to work full-time shift to accommodate client needs.
- Commitment to undergoing job-specific training to fully understand services, processes, and standards.
- Excellent listening skills, with an empathetic and supportive nature.
- Strong dedication to customer satisfaction and the ability to empathize with clients' situations.
- Familiarity with basic computer software, and office systems, and the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping the focus on the customer.
- Keen interest in continuous learning about services and how they benefit clients.
