**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform **financial analysis** on hospitality assets, with a focus on **European and all-inclusive hotel models**.
- Assist in the preparation of **financial reports, budgets, and forecasts** to support asset management decisions.
- Conduct **variance analysis** and identify key trends impacting hotel performance.
- Support **profitability analysis** by evaluating revenue streams, expenses, and cost control strategies.
- Assist in **monthly financial reconciliations**, ensuring data accuracy across multiple properties.
- Collaborate with internal teams and hotel operators to track **key performance indicators (KPIs)** and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
- Maintain and update **financial models** to assess asset valuation, investment performance, and capital expenditures.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and investors.
- Support **ad-hoc financial projects and data analysis** as needed.
**Qualifications & Skills**




- **Bachelor’s degree** in **Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline**.
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills** with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling**; experience with **data management tools** is a plus.
- Strong understanding of **financial statements, budgeting, and variance analysis**.
- Ability to **multi-task, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment**.
- Excellent **communication and presentation skills** to convey financial insights effectively.
- Interest or experience in **hospitality, asset management, or real estate finance** is preferred.
