**Responsibilities**
- Own the implementation and optimization of Workday HCM Compensation modules to ensure efficient and effective processes.
- Lead all aspects of the security configurations within Workday Cloud HCM to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Provide expertise in Workday HCM Business Process to streamline workflows and improve system performance.
- Develop and maintain Workday Reporting & Analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and fix any issues to maintain system reliability.
- Train and support end-users to maximize the utilization of Workday functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements for the user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices to continuously improve our systems.
- Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of Workday-related initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement necessary changes.
**Qualifications**




- Possess strong experience in Workday HCM Compensation Workday Cloud HCM Security WD HCM Business Process and Workday Reporting & Analytics.
- Demonstrate expertise in configuring and optimizing Workday systems.
- Have a solid understanding of business processes and how they can be improved through technology.
- Show proficiency in designing and maintaining complex reports and analytics within Workday.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Have experience in training and supporting end-users to ensure effective system usage.
- Display strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Nice to have experience in Devices / SPM Finance & Accounting domains.
- Be adaptable to a hybrid work model with no travel requirements.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest Workday features and best practices.
